One raise in 6 years and that was because everyone received a raise with Kindred buying Gentiva. Thats it....even with good annual reviews. Sad!

30 cents an hour in 5yrs as a Program Director for a RehabCare contract SNF, so NO, they don't give raises frequently.
Low pay no raises - merit - retention - cost of living - nothing. They blame it on change.
They are supposed to be annually but it is not based on individual merit but by the performance of the whole hospital. Which makes ZERO sense
