Less than an hour, to the point, I did most of the talking, got hired at a wage 4$ better an hour than the other hospitals I was applying to. I'm blessed.

Interview with the nurse manager and probably a house supervisor. Then an interview with a group of other disciplines. Very laid back interview.

Too many questions, long and the guy conducting the interview doesnt seem to like his job and no humor. makes you feel uncomfortable.

They just hire people to fill any position, they don't contact your references they just fill whatever slot is open
