Very hostile and negative environment. There is no teamwork amongst management. People are constantly throwing others under the bus for their own personal gain. It's sad to see adults behave this way.

Boy the environment can be completely different between the clinicians and the sales team. Work environment as a liaison is horrible. WAY unrealistic goals and constant bullying by people who don't advocate for you or your development. There is a culture of intimidation and leadership threatens people with their jobs universally. There were 8 reps on my team and 5 were put on action plans this month. They put me on an action plan after a bad month in Jan. and I had outperformed the entire liaison team in the whole of 2017.
