Start taking care of your employees instead of treating them like trash. They are the bloodline of the business taking care of patients. You have no business with no employees or with employees that are worn out mentally & physically. Too much upper management & not enough help at the sites & getting worse by the minute. ED’s hands are tied by greedy AVP’s on up! It’s all about the bottom line & you took “people” out of the equation.
