Has potential to be great with high output workers. Fun people to work with but management is new to leadership and poor.
recruiter (Former Employee) – san diego – February 12, 2014
Worked here as a recruiter
OK pay- Potential to earn a few bucks. You will have to work very hard and get a good account manager.
Job security is good. They do not let recruiter go do to poor performance, as fast as other recruitment companies.
If you work in San Diego HQ you will be held to a higher standard then the regional offices with regards to KPIs, PTO, and general recruiting tasks.
It is a good company for recruiters to start their career, learn process quickly and move on to better.
Strictly 8am to 5pm - have to ask for overtime and will be denied most of the time. ZERO flexibility with working from home unless you are in a regional offices. You have to ask for all PTO and are even assigned lunch breaks.
Standard Metrics - 10-3-1
Recruiters are accountable for everything.
Good recruiting team. Mostly, below par, lazy RM/AM Teams with inflated titles and egos.
You are responsible for one RMs workload. If you have a good RM you can make money, if you are stuck with a lazy one, you will get by on scraps and cross recruiting other job orders.
I wish it was different there because there are some bright people here and it really has the potential to be great. The leadership is poor and as long as they are here/or do not change Kineticom will go nowhere.
Listen to the internal team, they can help.
Get changes done quicker, stop worrying about the nonsense.
Give the recruiting team a break and make it a fun place to work.
Stop blaming the recruiting team for everything and make the RM as visibly accountable as the recruiting team
Good peers, Nice office, some nice soft perks
bad leadership, poor management, bureaucracy, "Over processing (ISO)"
