The outpatient Family Pharmacy is understaffed and they keep adding more and more services to make money, while my coworkers and I are worked restlessly to the bone to try and keep up with the managers who are trying to show that their department isn't a money pit but a profit maker

Busy, wonderful nurses to work with. Terrible management. When they restructured the management after their lost it didn't occur to them to get rid of the managers that were doing the underhanded things in the first place, so they promoted them.
