We don’t hire crazy people but if you want to work here you must be crazy, how to solve this Catch-22?

I spoke with a recruiter from the human resources department for a marketing position. They asked me about my proficiency with Adobe products, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
Surprisingly simple interview. Conversational interviews with no trick questions. Study the firm to be safe and remember that it sees its competition as going well beyond Atlanta. The chairman's brother works for its biggest local competitor so don't bash them. Focus on the firm's key clients and highlights it global platform.
After they read my resume, the main question was "when can you start?" and at the time "Can you work for two women?" (1978), which I did easily. I loved them both.
