I would have a common area to take short breaks, so a bigger office to utilize for different events. I would buy a letter folder and a better printer to do more in-house printing and use it to be of service for local campaigns to come.

I was (note was) proud to be an employee. I'm not proud anymore. Management plays favorites once your on the bad list you never come back. They n it pick you to death. HR does not keep things confidential and they are only for the management not for the employee

They give people that they want to hire the questions ahead of time. The others are out of luck. Seen it happen 4 to 5 times. Really not fair to people that are highly qualified for a position.

Managers and site managers target staff that stick up for themselves. They track you and once they have a vendetta for you they don't stop. They are very disturbing with the amount of stuff they get away with considering we are union.
