Depends on your bid and seniority, but if you’re full time you’re pretty much guaranteed 2 nights a week and at least one weekend shift. The other shifts will typically be day shifts. When you’ve been around a while you can bid for more shifts during the week and in the morning, until then you get worse shifts.

The process is quite slow. Depending on if you do an in person or Skype Interview, you have to wait about a month total from the time the job opens (about 2 weeks) to closes (2 weeks ish of review after that). Then you are sent an email to schedule your interview. After that, you have 1-2 weeks to wait for their decision. They will call if you get the position. I have only experienced 1 Interview per position, and there is no telling how many people apply per position, only HR knows.
I work three hours a day.

Once a position is open interview at the location
New hire paper work, training at the location and the service center
Very intensive. An applicant should be very prepared. The questions regarding handling challenges within your environment are situational, but you still have to get them right or at least demonstrate you understand what should happen.
