All departments are understaffed with high turnover rates.Typical day at work is stressful with more patients to see than time to see them. Productivity is manageable.

You'll only work here if you know someone, or know someone who knows someone. Then you'll be treated like a number, not a person. No respect, no communication and definitely no care for the employee.

Great company , fun team, great new grad program . Enjoyed working with my team. Wish it wasn’t so far from where I live. Needs more staff and more up to date training and technology

KRMC is a decent place to work with awesome benefits and pay was not bad either. People that work there are like a team where it comes to patient treatment.

The hospital was horrible to work for, as the upper management had no idea what was happening in the trenches. Also, the city is a hotbed of methheads. You never knew if the house next door might explode!
