Find better bosses on each floor, pay the aides that do everything on a unit better, have the nurses understand that pt care is everyone responsibly, understand why there is a lack of staff and turn over.

If you call off on a shift, there is a strong possibility that your next shift you can be floated or placed on call. This was a pattern seen there often and a lot of staff noticed it too.
