You get to enter your preferred hours ahead of time. You are more likely to have working hours that are suitable to you if you communicate this ahead of time to your supervisor/management because they need to plan ahead. You may be asked by your department to work certain busy days such as July 4th but there was still flexibility in my department.

It's not for most. You have to be willing to work and have a very strong attendance record and must show up to work on time to ensure the entire park is ready to open for the guests. If you cannot do this, I would not suggest working here. Though a lot know coming in that you're going to work in an outdoor environment, everyone is shocked once it does get hot and they're still expected to work at the same levels as when the weather was nice.

Depends. If you are working as a seasonal associate you will probably wear a uniform. If you are in certain departments you may have to wear business attire (IE the marketing department). If you are issued a uniform you need to keep it clean as they can be strict about the uniforms and appearance.

If you are seasonal you do not have paid vacation days. You just simply request preferred time/days off when you put in your schedule each time they create the schedule for the upcoming weeks. They use the When to Work system so you can put in your preferences in the digital schedule.
