Rewarding and challenging with students; Inconsistent

Wonderful opportunities to sharpen professional skills and rewarding work with challenging environment. However management personnel provides inconsistent instruction to staff, benefit from leadership/interpersonal trainings, implements unhealthy tactics when engaging staff, and does not hold students accountable for unhealthy behavior. The school's structure and disciplinary policy is not conducive to improving student and staff development and stifles morale.
