I feel the company should let the employees run the company instead of them i thought it was employee owned it doesn't seem it i thick supervisers should get paid at least $ 2.00 more than a cashier i got shafted .

Stop letting personnel dictate who needs to be fired. If it is a layoff, treat it as a layoff, don't give a reason.
