When you are in the power generation/emergency response business there is an inherent urgency to serving customers. Kinsley is always striving to perfect the work/life balance of all of our employees. We have developed solid processes for each department to address emergency situations in the most effective manner. Will there be times when employees have to go above and beyond? Of course. But the company continues to create opportunities to “celebrate the good.” For example, recently a whole department was taken out to a lovely dinner with the president to thank them for their work when the department performed flawlessly during a very stressful storm period. The company encourages these celebrations and is always seeking ideas for recognition.

Non-stop. Even if they tell you to take a break...Don't

Never enough. You will volunteer to help cover open position, and then get in trouble for not doing both jobs perfectly...despite poor processes and no training. Thus the never ending turnover and feeling you are disposable.
