Kiss has strong fundamental to keep growing. But it is hard to keep work life balance, pretty high work pressure, long work hours and stressful environment

Great place to work if working hard and being punctual is your strong suit. Great managers who care for their employees but a very Korean culture means upward mobility may be more difficult than normal.

be prepared to work overtime a good amount of time. If you are looking for work life balance this is not the career path for you. They have recently restructured the company and are ironing out the organization of the company. There is still much more to work on internally. For someone new coming in this can become frustrating to work in a work place that is still organizing their structure. They have great intentions but they bite off way more then they can chew I like to say.
Pros
Paid overtime, company trips
Cons
overtime is must in most departments. Unorganized business structure.

They treat you like a disposable employee. Your life won't be satisfied because OT is necessary for certain departments. The company wants you to keep working and working. I'd nothing learned while working here, except praising upper managements. The executives are dogs to the CEO. All the products here are basically copied and paste from competitor's products. You see, if the company has a high turn-over rate, think about it.

Some people are nice though.
Pros
Free breakfast and free dinner (If you stay OT)
Cons
Everything except the free meals and nice employees (Some).

I had a very positive experience with Kiss, but I know some of the lower level people were stressed about their job security and work life balance. I personally did not experience this.

Do not take a job here if your Primary language is English. There is a huge Korean population that is not fluent in English.

Assistant Product Manager (Current Employee) –  port washington nyDecember 23, 2013
If you're hardcore Korean, and your culture is based on Korean ways, then this company is perfect for you. Job security is great, long as you play the game. But don't expect to gain any growth - personally, financially, career wise, and knowledge. Its a dead end. Management likes to micromanage - so far as to control your life style.
Pros
brainless job security
Cons
no growth. stalled. deadend career
