I was pretty much busy with resets, setting ads,checking in DC trucks and front door deliveries ect...if anything else, I tell of the unique individual customer's and how tiny our stock room was.

Pay your employees more, especially management. I had no problem selling well above plan, and customers came in regularly to see me and see what's new, but I had to find a better paying job because I couldn't afford to pay my low-income rent on the pay. Too bad, because I loved that job & would have continued doing a great job for you.

The company itself is great the staff and jobs that are performed are just not for me

Overall it is an excellent company to work for. There is room for advancement if a person wishes to move up. The only thing I would say that could make this a better company to work for would be to offer health insurance and more competitive salaries.
