Very concerned. many teams don't have supervisors. There are currently over 50 jobs listed that KMH cannot fill, because they are low-pay. All of the money for salaries seem to be going to the upper management. I cannot see a future for this company.

It has been over 14 years since I worked there. Hopefully the work environment has changed for the better.

When I worked there, it was a environment that was not conducive to work. There was nepotism and favoritism from some of the management. I would view everybody the same and if I had a family member that worked there, they would not receive special treatment.
