The only bad part
Spanish Liaison (Current Employee) - Denver, CO - June 3, 2023
They do not have good communication and the contract normally ends before which lets to people not have jobs. Also they would literally tell you any day that today is the last day.

Bad management and practices
Shelter Staff (Former Employee) - San Diego, CA - January 26, 2023
High turnover rate due to bad management and horrible training. You're all doing the same job but paid vastly different rates and many lazy people sleeping on the job.

5 stars
Registered Nurse (Former Employee) - Plymouth, MA - October 24, 2022
What is the best part of working at the company? They paid very well and I never had a problem getting my paychecks. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? It was a temp job so it was hard to plan my life around my schedule. However, I accepted that because that was understood from day one. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? They didn't always hire the most appropriate staff to aid in fostering a professional work environment. Unfortunately, this happens almost every place you work.

Their client is very unprofessional
Scheduler (Former Employee) - Nacogdoches, TX - May 6, 2022
Klap6 I don’t know much about but the medical clerical you want to stay away from. There’s constant mess, the head has meetings about you when you’re off and then turn around and tell you you’re doing well in your face. They secretly plot to get you out and will use you until they replace you. They never tell you you’re fired they just take you off the schedule which is completely unprofessional. The training is bs. The patients can barely hear you even with the new headsets. The pay sounds good and is real but when you get there you will be in shock as to how unorganized this place is everybody is constantly moving to different computers and you never know who’s doing what but if you’re the main person who was assigned guess what buddy. You get the blame! And when you’re called in they wanna rush you as to how soon can you get there. Just run

Nurse Practitioner (Former Employee) - Texas - March 8, 2022
Worked with Klap6 as an independent NP contractor on a covid 19 crisis assignment. Had a great experience. The HR staff were attentive and great resources during this assignment. I wasn’t familiar with the company so I had some hesitancy. They exceeded my expectations.
Pros
Location was remote but staff were easily accessible

Retaliation
RN Infusion Nurse (Current Employee) - Odessa, TX - January 3, 2022
If you ever need a day off, they permanently take you off that day for future weeks. If you call to ask questions or have any kind of opinion, they cut your days. If you get upset about anything and voice it, you get taken off the schedule. You NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Good job
Certified Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) - Rayne, LA - November 13, 2021
Good job. Easy work. Great money. Which it lasted longer. It’s temporary and you can be let go at any moment. It’s contract so unpredictable. But it’s good, fast, easy money.

Good is the money, Bad is that they end the contract with out any time like the contracts say.
Infusion Registered Nurse (Former Employee) - Louisiana - November 2, 2021
Good is the money, Bad is that they end the contract with out any time like the contracts say. We went to Louisiana and they don’t even respect a month of contract. I don’t recommend this company to nobody because people makes plans and they don’t care.
Pros
Easy hiring
Cons
Finish contract with out notice.

The pay is good, the working environment is very bad and toxic, no management
LVN Charge Nurse (Former Employee) - Tyler, TX - October 13, 2021
The only good thing about this company is the pay. There are no benefits, you are a contract employee. You are promised set days, but, now you never know what your schedule will be from day to day or if you'll even be scheduled. The staff from the clerks up are rude and lazy with bad attitudes, the environment is toxic, not professional at all. It does no good to file a complaint. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Lack of effective management at Tyler location.
Pros
Pay
Cons
Lack of management, toxic environmental
