I didn't want to leave. I was 130% of sales goal and they fired me anyway. After 5 months they still can not find a replacement? Now you know why! Aweful company! Good regional manager. He cant help what corporate does. Corporate is disconnected from sales. Too bad!

The highest level of technology used in the current company model is a tracking device installed in the vehicles that is used to track, micro-manage, and coerce behaviors of the sales group.
