It was a very simple process I got interviewed by the HR lady then she sent in the GM and they were both nice and friendly people.
As an hourly employee there was no matching 401K program. It looks like those who said it was great was either at the home office or salaried (management). Used to receive a 10% employee discount on regular priced merchandise but that was changed to points on their SYWR program. But at least the parking lot is paved.
Only for full time employees and it was very expensive with very high deductibles and co-pays. Obama care was so much better!
