Working at knighted has been a lot of fun so far. Trainers and management are very supportive and understanding and coworkers are always helpful and fun to be around. You get the opportunity to learn new things at your own pace in a laid back yet productive environment.

Fun and Rewarding

I worked with a group of awesome self motivated individuals dealing / playing / managing floor operations and food/drink services to ensure the guest had an amazing place to go relax and have some fun in a safe, beautiful, and professional establishment. Flexible scheduling and team development/ training are also huge pluses and I hope this company comes back to Houston again someday.

Entertaining workplace

Working at knighted is an interesting experience. While it can be stressful at times in regards to math aptitude, attention to detail, and multitasking, I can honestly say it’s one of the easier jobs I’ve had that pays well. The energy in card rooms can be fun, or irritating, depending on the type of person you are. Regardless, whether you work here short term or long term, you’re bound to make some good memories.

Management helps a lot

I was nervous because I wasn’t sure what to expect but management is always there to help and guide you. I enjoy the work culture as they make it fun and enjoyable. I recommend Knighted to my friends because I throughly enjoy working with them and want to stay. Super healthy work environment, it honestly gives me less stress when dealing with home life. The games are simple and the math is relatively easy to learn.

Loved my coworkers, but company structure was just sad.

I really enjoyed many of the people I worked with. However, PTO is not available for your first year and the 401k is laughable. I hung around for a little while but after finding out how poor the salaries for management were I ran. Would not recommend wasting your time with this company. You can do better by gaining and utilizing skills elsewhere.
