One of the most stressful part about working at Koch, was the outcome from learning MBM philosophy and applying them. Challenge- depends on who- Creativity- within their conservative philosophy- so this was very stressful not knowing if your ideas were truly welcomed- or if you would hear about it later from management.

They'll quiz you on the "culture" and MBM principles every day you're there. They definitely don't practice what they preach in that regard though.

Depends on where you work, there are some plants/facilities that are union, these facilities get raises on the negotiated schedule.
Others might get a raise if you are valued by your manager. This is very subjective, and based on their MBM guidelines. Basically they do an evaluation of your 'flight risk' and your market value. If, based on these things, they feel you deserve a raise, they will offer you one.
