Good place to learn quickly and build early career skills. Compensation is below market, challenges retaining top talent, initiatives are managed top down, little engagement with users.

I have been at Koch for 90 days after leaving ADT. At my previous company I worked 70-80 hour weeks. At Koch I am working a balanced 40ish hour work week. Koch is a principal-based management culture which I had never worked in before and it is so refreshing. It is a bottoms up approach with a willingness to experiment and try new ways of doing things. If you are looking for a lot of structure and rules Koch is not it. If you are looking to climb a corporate latter this may not be for you either. But if you are looking for a career that is written for the individual and not being tied to your degree (i.e., you may have an accounting degree but are great with building relationships and data and recruiting may be a better fit) with opportunity to use your talents in a mutually beneficially way for society, Koch, and yourself this is it. I am very happy with my choice and my new work life balance. My health and happiness has improved ten-fold since coming to Koch.

Learn the guiding principle jargon and you'll be fine. I like that they give raises based on the value you create so if you're a slug you won't get raises.
