MAINTENANCE MANAGER (Former Employee) –  Burlington VTApril 2, 2018
I have many opportunities to work, learn and expand my skill set at this company. that said, they are not employees orientated, poor management, many hours of overtime. Lack of respect for personal growth, time off and personnel well being.
Pros
Excellent pay
Cons
No time off, long hours, call ins for emergencies daily

Bread vendor (Former Employee) –  Raynham, MAJanuary 24, 2018
Consistently pestered by the under qualified managers who are more concerned about their egos then managing. Hiring inexperienced drivers and overwhelming them till they quit. Taking advantage of experienced drivers and sticking them with bad routes. Place could easily be a great place to work but will unfortunately never change. Problems are from top to bottom.
Pros
Good base pay
Cons
Everything else

Poor management.
Route Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Raynham, MAJanuary 3, 2018
Very poor management, and no room for advancement. $800 week salary as a route sales person, and hard to meet your goal so you can start earning commission. So hard workers are not compensated properly. With some minor fixes it could be a decent gig but I don't see that the culture exists to innovate forward.
Pros
Good products
Cons
Younger people running the show who don't care of have the experience in the field.

They take advantage of new employees by giving them the "dirty work," tasks that should be completed by the supervisors. They also mess with your paycheck involving bonuses and commission.

Route Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Burlington, VTApril 18, 2014
Early to work, early out. When you left work you still had most of the day to do other things. It was nice to work outside, except in winter.
