I would break down the departments more. Womans Juniors and Mens is half the store and we are still expected to take calls, help register, help customer service, when I think it needs to be broken down. For example, I think womans and juniors together is still fine but maybe have mens by themselves since they have the mens clothing and mens basics, not to mention the mens gift department during Christmas. I think it would also be good to add another department and just label them special projects so that way you have extra people to fold, run rails, or work customer service, not to mention the extra help if someone calls off.
