The manager at the time just asked a few simple questions like my strengths, why I quit my previous job, and times that I have been a leader or something like that.

I had an interview along with another applicant. It was very short and simple. Tell them about yourself, your Availability, and name one time you had to deal with a rude customer, and what did you like and disliked at your previous job. After that they tell you about the position you applied for and that they will send an email within 24-48 hours whether they want to go foward with you in the hiring process. The next morning I got an offer.
You interviewed with a group of people which was very intimidating, about time it's time for you to answer the question everyone already answered the question for you. They already know who they're going to hire right then.
Interviewed with 8 other people for various jobs for seasonal jobs. It took almost an hour, but very relaxed and enjoyable.
It was easy, the questions weren't hard to answer.

The interview was a very easy process. Sat down with the manager while she asked me a few question pertaining to why I wanted to work there and why I would be the best fit for the job.
