Nice dress pants, for example Apt.9 pants. Tops can be dress blouses, pull over tops such as Sonoma and Croft & Barrow. You can wear the "cold shoulder" tops. You can wear dresses, skirts(nothing too short; think finger tip length), capris(nice ones; not too casual), pants(not jeans except on special days or if you work the overnight shift). You should have some nice and comfortable shoes to wear. They can be flats, boots(both long and short; they can either be flat ones or have a stacked heel), wedges. Make sure you do have closed toed shoes in case something falls on your foot.
A pair of nice, smooth material slacks (think khaki or creased dress pants), some flats and a blouse that isn't too busy, and you'll do fine.

Blouses or polos are accepted but t-shirts are not. Khakis or dress pants only. No rivets are aloud on pants. No tennis shoes. No open toed shoes. Anything that is professional and work appropriate.
I think that open-toed shoes are not allowed, and generally jeans are not allowed except on special days. Otherwise, any styles that look nice seemed OK; everyone does not dress exactly alike.

It varies between stores. Our store allows neat jeans with a decent shirt--officially jeans are not allowed but our managers don't mind so long as you look put together. Likewise they allow women to wear tank tops, although nothing sexy like spahetti straps or anything tight or showing cleavage. A lot of the younger girls wear leggings. The only rule really is no open toed shoes or sandals, and to look put together. I think our managers are a lot more open and friendly than most.
Women's business casual wear was, black pants or dress pants. no tights, leggings or yoga pants. you can wear skirts and dresses that are knee and below. tops can be anything but graphic and no cleavage. shoes cannot be tennis shoe or open toed.

Shoes: have to completely cover your feet. Have comfortable shoes as you will be on the concrete floor all day.
Business Casual: Don't need a suit to work in the front office but can't wear jeans and t shirts.
On the floor, any attire as long as it is finger tip length in the pants and for shirts it can not be muscle shirt or spaghetti straps

On a usual day, I just wear a nice top, slacks and a pair of flats. They're not too strict on their policy just as long as you dress well and look well kept.
