4 hour days unless you het a lot of credit card applications. The people with the best surveys and who get the most credits applications get the most hours

Answered

I did leave. Management was the main reason.

Part-timers are able to get a 401k after working so many hours (you have to be at least 18 to get it) and can request off whatever days they want without pay. There's also flexible scheduling for the most part. Dental insurance is also an option after working so many hours, as is visual if I remember correctly.

Full-timers can get health insurance (medical, dental, visual), flexible scheduling, unpaid and paid time off, 401k, and life insurance.

All employees get a 15% employee discount that can be stacked with whatever coupons are out for customers. This includes percentages, $x off $x or more, and Kohl's Cash.

Pay was not the best. Put me somewhere I didnt want to be, bad communication, poor management skills, all they care about is opening credit cards. Not to mention many of the people workinf there were huge snobs. Too many cliques, reminded me of high school all over again. Very slow and only busy on the weekends. Good job for high schoolers though, not so much older and more mature people.

I had an interview along with another applicant. It was very short and simple. Tell them about yourself, your Availability, and name one time you had to deal with a rude customer, and what did you like and disliked at your previous job. After that they tell you about the position you applied for and that they will send an email within 24-48 hours whether they want to go foward with you in the hiring process. The next morning I got an offer.

Management is wonderful, Employees are fabulous & customers are so patient. Very laid-back and relaxing environment! I couldn't ask for a better job. We break up in teams but at the end of the day we all come together as one big team. Love love love my job at KOHLS!

Depends on the Kohls you work at. They have things called “jean days” where your store allows everyone to wear jeans. Also they give away “jean passes” if you get a credit they will sometimes give you one. Most of the time they won’t care if you wear jeans. Just don’t wear them all the time.

I work at kohls in hendersonville TN. And I was never told this policy, in fact my mother found this and that's how I found out. I was already there for about a month and then asked a manager. And she said "oh no-one told you?". So yea there is 12 points. You get fired if you lose them all. If u call out 1 point, if you don't show up 2 points, if u leave an hour early 1/2 points, 2 hours 1 point. And I'm assuming u get them all back the days u called them in, just like a year after. Like if you're sick on July 7 then u get it next year's July 7th. And I am assuming because no-one has still told me that part. I have been there for 7 months
