Yearly raises on the start of there new year
Answered - Production Manager (Former Employee) - Sheridan, AR
At my facility, for hourly associates raises typically come at the 90 day evaluation, 6 month evaluation, and every 6 months until top out assuming you are promoted and perform on par with proper punctuality. Each position/tier can top out in minimum time of 18 months. In the event of a plant wide cost of living raise, if you are topped out, you automatically go up to the top, and if you're at the bottom, you still get the raise. As for the ANE, Exempt, and Administrative personnel, their pay periods, scales, bonuses, and benefits packages differ from the rest of the associates.
