Assembly work.
Written by Assembly Worker (Former Employee) from Yankton, SD on February 25, 2018
Interpreted blue prints and hydraulic drawings to ensure proper construction of machines. I learned how to read detailed blue prints, and how to envision production from bare frame. Most of the people were easy to get along with but a couple were not very friendly or team oriented.
ProsIt was guaranteed work, good pay for the area I live, once forming a plan of attack the work is easy
ConsSome of my crew members were not team oriented, causing hiccups in the routine everyday.
