You can acquire vacation days every five years and once you have reached 20 years service you receive 20 days vacation along with 3 floaters but unfortunately that is where you top out and no matter how long you work for this company you will not be eligible for another single vacation day. There are no sick days offered and you must have a doctors excuse for anytime missed outside of the 23 days allowed. Very difficult to get excused time off unless you are on your death bed or one of the few favored employees with your foreman or very well liked by management. In two words Major Favoritism!!!
