Great Management
Employee (Current Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVApril 17, 2018
Love working here. Seeking another opportunity elsewhere for unrelated reason, otherwise, I would not consider parting with this company. It's worth sticking around and I would most definitely recommend.

My favorite job.
Staff Accountant/Accounting Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NV 89119February 14, 2018
This was my favorite job. They promote from within whenever possible. Management is supportive and takes the time to teach processes paying particular attention to detail.

Employees not trusted
Senior HR Manager (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVFebruary 4, 2018
Hire adults, treat them like adults, they will behave like adults. Not the culture there. Every minute tracked and watched. No work-life balance. Executives talked about maintaining humility but preserved all the best perks for themselves. I found it ironic.
Pros
401k match above average
Cons
401k vesting too long; horrible management

Sr. Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVSeptember 13, 2017
Very top management heavy. Little regard to mid-line employees. Workload unachievable. No incentive to go the extra mile. Bizarre HR/employee discipline processes.

The management is questionable
Technican (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVApril 15, 2015
Some of the managers are not confident to perform due to lack of training at all aspects; it makes a daily job become difficult.
It’s a friendly working environment and most of employees work hard.
Pros
Good benifits
Cons
poor management

Don't bother
Senior Software Engineer (Current Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVMay 10, 2013
No chance for advancement. No chance for new development. Everything is developed in Japan first, all that is left is cleanup work of existing projects. Pay is okay. Benefits are the same or worse than any other gaming company. The regular staff is friendly and professional. The excutive staff doesn't always make the best business decisions. It's a workable place, but don't expect real advancement, it's not there.
Pros
Flexible hours.
Cons
The department heads make up their own rules.
