They hire anyone whether they have experience or not as far as managers team leads and assistants. Doctors and hygienists have degrees but no say in anything. So the working interview is pretty much you are hired
Phone interview followed up by in office interview. They seemed somewhat unorganized and asked odd interview questions that didn't seem to pertain to this specific job. They were not very clear on explaining the roles of the position.
I had a phone interview. Two working interview and wasnt informed that i wouldn't.be receiving and proper training at all.
