Very poor leadership training provided to my Manager - can't speak for other's. She was OK one minute, rude, stressed and mean the next. VERY HIGH turnover in her small office should be a clue to her incompetence, yet no one above her cares about this. They just accept the revolving door of top talent out, new, competent motivated people in, she ruins them, out they go and it begins all over again.
Good retirement system - if you can survive five years to get it.
Poor oversight of morale and incapable managers driving people away.
