There are two interviews that take place. The first interview is a technical interview and the second interview is to determine job fit.

Be a qualifed individual know what IT infrastructure basics consist of be aware you will spend a lot of time with gatekeepers to other companies not decision makers. Be patient build relationships with the surround target clientele but above all Know what you are talking about. There CRM is relatively easy to understand . Being generally friendly and optimistic is good.

First, we review resumes and applications. For an applicant to be considered they must complete the required Indeed assessments. If selected to move on based on resume and application, a technical interview is scheduled. If the technical interview goes well, then a second interview discussing job fit is scheduled. Finally, if the job fit interview goes well, an offer letter is sent out.
