Thank you for your question! Our interview process is tailored in a way that ensures a positive experience for everyone involved. Each department has a nuanced approach to the overall process, however there are some standard procedures across the board. All applications are reviewed by our departmental hiring teams before determining if the candidate will move forward. If the application is selected for further review, you will be required to complete a skills assessment. The timing of this assessment depends on the role for which you are applying and how far you progress in the hiring process. To start, you will be contacted by a recruiting team member to schedule a video conference call with a recruiter that is standardly about 30-45 minutes. If successful, then you will be invited to schedule additional interviews conducted by members of the department for which you are applying. Your recruiter will remain in contact with you throughout the process and you will be encouraged to ask any questions along the way!
