Stressfull overworked under paid
Maintenance (Current Employee) –  Iron River, MINovember 15, 2018
The culture invites employees to throw eachother under the bus so they dont catch any flak from the owners. And god forbid you dont bend over backwards to do something you werent hired to do.
Pros
healthcare options, 401k, two 15 minute breaks and 30 for lunch
Cons
Toxic work culture.

Easy job, ridiculous upper management
Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Merrill wiAugust 11, 2018
The job itself was extremely easy, even with the customer base. The part that's irritating is upper management coming into the store and trying to move things around or change things that make no sense then change it back next week. They say - "it's your responsibility. Your store" even if the owners haven't been there in over a year and everything runs more Than smooth its like the supervisors need something to do so they drive hours just to mess with "your" store
Pros
Work alone
Cons
No break, no discounts, work alone, customers, upper management, pay, vacation, benefits

The upper management is terrible. They do not treat their employees right. I would not recommend to apply here. No benefits. So much to do while you are by yourself. No breaks at all.

Poor management
Truck Driver (Former Employee) –  Iron River, MiMarch 10, 2018
Poor Management...owners of the company work on fear and intimidation, they will lie straight faced to you. Owners are disrespectful and have a this is the way it is or there's the door attitude. They do not care about anything but themselves. They have a habit of creating drama and discontent with their employees.

Gas Station Attendant (Former Employee) –  Oconto, WIApril 27, 2015
Kept the gas station clean and organized. Stocked the entire store. Prepared baked goods for the following day. Worked the cash register. Gave customers directions. Checked IDs for everyone with a tobacco or alcohol purchase. Made frequent safe drops. Balanced the draw at the end of the night. Accurately counted the safe and the deposit after every shift.
