I at first did my online application then had a Phone interview after a week or so waiting. The phone interview process was really calm and easy. They'll ask you just a couple of questions so it doesn't take long. I waited about 5-6 days to get my face to face interview because that was their availability so I made it work for me.
My face to face interview process took about I would say an hour or so, the interview was super chill though. This doesn't go for all the departments but I had a group interview. So we'd go into a room with all of us, we signed papers, we did a presentation (Which isn't as scary as it sounds, it was actually fun) and everyone is super nice. My advice is to just be yourself, wear a nice casual/business outfit. No tank tops, shorts, or any shoe that shows your feet. Also no holes in any of your clothing. After we did the presentation they offered us a specific job and we signed papers and got to leave.

I waited probably about 5 days or so for my Background check to go through (We waited as group to get cleared) then we went to orientation (our first shift) they basically gave us a tour, our apron, papers to keep, sign papers, and did computer training. I'm still in orientation so this all the information I have so far.

Interview is ok they do mouth swabs and treat u like ur supposed to be treated was a long process to do before I got to work from interviews u have to do 2 and u have to do training on computers then go way out of ur way to there cooperate office to sit for 8 hours and listen to them talk about there carriers and not about what u will be doing in the store so it's really a scam to me to waste people time and be used to work for basically nonpayment and there is union fees 59 dollars a week and u pay for all ur uniforms even tho u pay union fees so yes it's a bad place to work to greedy

I do not remember my first day to tell the truth, the days are pretty much the same.

Answered

No, they do not give you a paper copy of your schedule. You are expected to copy it from the break room. You will get your uniform the same day you get hired.

Answered

I'd be more concerned about applicants that are unable to form proper sentence structure.

Answered

Yes, you can go without a photo ID to get an interview.
