Make starting pay $15.00 hour.your employees will be able to eat and keep a roof over there heads...they would be asking for more hours and happy employees makes a great company..

I would invest in my employees, realizing that happy employees = happy customers. Higher pay, annual cost of living pay increases, better health insurance coverage, an organized corporate office, better communication, easier to transfer, let transfers keep pay and benefits they earned.
