Es una empreza que en sus inicios era buena, pero fue en decadencia.

Demasiado estres y exigencia a nuevos elementos, la capacitacion antes de entrar a planta esta bien, es la suficiente, pero una vez dentro, suelen ignorarte y dejarte a merced de los lideres y otros altos mandos, que suelen ser los que terminan con la paciencia de las personas, ya que solo les preocupa sacar el trabajo y si no eres lo suficientemente rapido, suelen quejarse, insultarte y minimizar...

Es bueno en algunas cosas pero mayormente no subes de puesto no se fijan en ti no hay nada que se pueda hacer para que subas de puesto solo les importa la producción y ellos mismos
