Work in three shifts is more flexible, but long work time is dreadful
Written by operator in production (Former Employee) from Bitola, Macedonia on July 11, 2017
A typical day at work - 8 h on feet (30 min short break) and 2 h travel time. It's 10 h daily, 6 days in the week (only sunday is for rest).
The operator's work consists of repetitive tasks, and is very monotonous. Тhat was the hardest part of my job.
The shift work was my favorite, especially the third shift.
The annual collective holidays are - more ... in December (1-2 weeks) and August (2 weeks) and it is very good.
Salary is аverage, сompared with other industries (for example, in textile it is twice as small).
Someone said: "Employees don't leave companies, they leave their managers". Only o ... - less
Prosfree lunch, free transport, paid vacation (twice a year), music in production area
Consshort breaks, long travel time, more than 40 work/h weekly, healthcare, advancement
