At first, I was proud to speak about Kronos. While making the shift since early 2017, my experience became understaffed and negative.

Disgraced. I don’t like telling people I work here and the people who do know never want to work here. Kronos is not the company you think it is and they treat people like garbage. They preach work-life balance but never let you have that balance. They have an unlimited PTO policy that’s a sham and managers won’t approve time off because metrics will look bad. My coworkers and I are all looking for opportinities elsewhere.

Was very excited at first....and that diminished after the 1st four months. I was pulled out of the onboarding training 2 months earlier that was expected and given a most difficult work load of 13 upset clients and those assignments exceeded my new status at the company as I was expected to be up to speed at one year with the company
