Very Poor Experience
Property Accountant (Former Employee) –  Doral, FLJune 5, 2018
They paint a very pretty picture, but once hired they do not support their employees. Poor or no training. Zero job security. No way to get the work done in in even 45 hours a week. You feel like your going to be fired every moment. Very bad experience.
Pros
Free Breakfast
Cons
No team support.

Concierge (Current Employee) –  Miami, FLApril 21, 2018
I am currently working for KWPMC. My time here has been enjoyable. The owners of the company seem to be great people and hire well. The property I have been working for has had a shortage of workers making it very hard to complete a normal daily task and has received little help from management. This job is not hard but can be overwhelming if this career is not your main focus.

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) –  Miami, FLApril 14, 2018
Employees are not supported by upper management. They are left to build a house with three sticks that they have to bring from their own home.
The client is sold the moon and the stars and receives dirt and rocks. We are people who want to give our customer the best, but without the proper support or supplies, we are to fend for ourselves and the customer is cheated. They take superstar employees and put them through the mud.
Clients are not getting the services that they are paying for

KW sucks
violations coordinator (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLApril 14, 2018
The corporate team is a living contradiction of their values. They sell a false picture of trust and transparency. They don't greet everyone, there is no respect, no empowerment, no accountability, and they are not trustworthy.
The HR department is run by chongas from hialeah. Upper management loves to pimp out their employees and have no compassion for the environment where those employees are put in.
Pros
paid vacation...
Cons
...that you cannot use because you are overwhelmed with work!

Violations Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLMarch 12, 2018
A typical day at work would be checking emails upon arrival. Follow up with residents and manager in case of any additional work details needed. Management could have been a bit more resourceful. The hardest part of the job was sharing an office with 5 other coworkers and finishing what i had to do on time. The most enjoyable part of the job was learning and having a rich understanding of a multitude of cultures and customs.

Accounts Payable Associate (Current Employee) –  Miami, FLJanuary 23, 2018
If you get employed at a property its better than being in corporate but there is no job security because they don't value their employees. If you demonstrate that you can do more they will increase your work load.

Too many politics and corruption. Completely lost trust at the regional management level. They are only looking out for themselves and where rules do not apply to them.

Good Place to work if you have the experience
Accounts Payable Associate (Current Employee) –  Doral, FLDecember 12, 2017
Not a place to grow, even though it is promoted that way and you will be underpaid and undermined. Typical work day is stressful and fast paced. The training was done quickly and poorly I had to learn everything I knew as a receptionist on my own through several experiences. This company prefers to make mistakes than prevent them, I have been around enough to see that when they have a good worker who performs their task like they are supposed to and do even more, they overwork them and under compensate them and then fire them because they are unable to continue to be overworked. Then when the next person being hired take the position they provide them with the amount of work they were initially meant to have. Word of warning if you come t work for this company do not perform more than you were initially hired to do they wont appreciate it and will continue to under pay you and provide you with extra work if you continue to work faster.
Pros
Friday Morning breakfast provided bi-weekly
Cons
Underpaid and overworked

This company does not protect the workers, just protect the associations. Must hear the employees and the associations.

Manager (Current Employee) –  Miami, FLNovember 1, 2017
very busy environment, so if you are lazy, this is not the place for you. You must have a can-do-attitude to enjoy working for KW. You control your own destiny when it comes to growth. If you are willing to put the effort and show dedication to the industry you will grow. This is not always the case in the industry and i have worked for 2 other competitors before joining kW 2 years ago. Management is very experienced and you can learn so much about property management here. In my field, Jobs position don't come easily which is an indication of great stability.
Pros
Pay, Culture, People, hardly any politics

Valet attendant/front desk (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLAugust 22, 2017
I worked as a valet attendant/front desk and got paid $11 per hour. Sadly, if you're part-time you do not get paid extra for working on the holidays. The management team was friendly. The only bad part of the job is dealing with annoying residents that are always out to get you.
Pros
Decent pay, friendly management, decent hours
Cons
12 hour shifts on weekends with no breaks, annoying residents

Administrative Assistant/Violations Coordinator (Former Employee) –  City of Sunrise, FLAugust 17, 2017
Typical day at work included getting paperwork done, answering phone calls, and helping out the property manager with whatever they needed. I learned a lot about the industry and KW is a great place to start. The management and culture is good, but could be better. The job really wasn't that hard just a lot of multitasking. If you can't multitask, don't do this job. The most enjoyable part of the job is talking to residents and solving their problems in a timely manner. Overall good experience working for KW.

A Day in Property Management
Office Manager/Bookkeeper (Current Employee) –  75 Maiden LaneAugust 7, 2017
The job requires more than 40 hours of work a week, it is a job that mentally and psychically challenges you. Very high call volume from residents and vendors. delegation of work and respect for each others role is lacking and so is the overall office communication.
Pros
Tardiness is not frowned upon
Cons
No upward movement within the company
