My hours are actually pretty good. I work morning shifts mostly from 7am-2pm, or bakery shift 4am-11am. Every once in a while I work 2-10pm but I never work overnights. My boss is great about scheduling and my store has no complaints.

Stressful job. Very stressful. You go home with worries about work and everything you have to do. The managers aren’t good and barely do anything. The assistants however get their butt kicked on the daily. Too stressful and understaffed. You have to kiss butt to keep your job, otherwise they will find a way to get rid of you.

I have a misdemeanor and I applied for a fule driving job. I have a perfect driving record it’s completely clean. I have hazmat indorsment every thing they asked for. But I didn’t get the job. They still have openings but I didn’t get hired. They talk a good game about helping people in the community but they will not hire them.

Basically the same as most customer service places. Questions about your experiences with customers. No really difficult questions and its pretty relaxed.

The reference part is a little annoying and they ask your references unnecessary questions that can be difficult to answer.

2nd interview they will have you fill out some paperwork and go take a drug test.
