My hours are actually pretty good. I work morning shifts mostly from 7am-2pm, or bakery shift 4am-11am. Every once in a while I work 2-10pm but I never work overnights. My boss is great about scheduling and my store has no complaints.
They are not good. I bounce between all three shifts. I personally hate the 10am to 8pm shift.
Mine were awful as an assistant food service leader. Two days a week I would work 345 am to noon and the other 3 would be 12-8 roughly. Super hard on the body.
Depending on your shift, 1st shift is 4:30 - 2:45
