The customers are intense and the policies vary day to day from manager to manger. They aim to please but it is definitely at your stressful expense. They do have work at home training is provided.

They will hire you without an interview as a seasonal employee. And keep you working full time for months after the busy season with no benefits medical or pto because technically you’re just seasonal. You’ll be working 8 months 40+ hours a week and when you get the nerve to ask if you’ll be moved to core to get benefits they’ll tell you they do t want to keep you past the season. Technically you aren’t fired nor did you quit you’re just…unemployed

Was ok before it went remote, then it became isolated and like you were just another number. Little feedback other that a decent brand assurance department that did well with contacts.
