Depends on where in the company you work. In the call center there is mandatory overtime during peak season (50 hours) with the opportunity to add hours. During non peak season full time employees work 40 hours a week. Shifts are usually either 4 (10) hours days or 5 (8) hour days. When it is slow, full time employees may only be scheduled 32 hours. During slow times there you may have the opportunity for VTO (voluntary time off) or AVTO (advanced voluntary time off).

During the holiday season the hours were extended so I was sometimes working 60+ hour weeks. Besides that it's nice because there are both part time and full time positions.
