Working hours are good

The work week is a 6 day week, there is no 9/80 work week like they say to get you in the door. If you “request” off a Saturday it does count against you. People come in to do rework, sub assemblies, and clean on a Saturday or off Friday on overtime.

No work/life balance. Supposed to have every other Friday off, people would sit around trying to look busy all week due to lack of parts, and then have to work mandatory overtime on the off Fridays and Saturdays when the parts arrived. If you're looking to "live to work" and not "work to live", this is the place for you.

They'd be fine if that's what you worked. 9/80 schedule 9 hour days with every other Friday off. Most Friday's were mandatory to work overtime including late evenings and weekends and then when a new quarter came we would be desperate for contracts for work.
