Laid off after 20 years . Totally dedicated. The people who make decisions on who to lay-off don’t even know your qualifications or the fact that you are flexible. Management is out of control and they don’t have a clue about what it takes to complete a task. Good ole boy mentality. Need to sweep management and start over ! Supervision are puppets.

Mental Health.
L3 Aviation Products Division-Sarasota, is an admittedly hostile work environment (my last day on the job, while saying my good-byes, the Ethics Officer admitted the location is a hostile work place). So many changes in leadership, direction, layoffs, unclear expectations lead to an environment that's not healthy for anyone. The stress and overall impact to my mental and physical health finally led me to pursue a new opportunity.
