Stressful as well as a major nightmare
Driver/Lead (Former Employee) - Pensacola, FL - September 16, 2023
Management only cares about management. No benefits at all. They have an officer sitting inside the gate on payday, what does that tell ya.The place is like a prison. If you are a driver that’s all you are allowed to do.Can’t go to store or anything of that nature

Horrible Environment
Traffic Control Supervisor (Former Employee) - Pensacola, FL - July 23, 2023
Was there for 5 years. Absolute madness every day. Everyone is negative and it all trickles down from the owner. You will always just be treated like a convict in a uniform. You get absolutely no benifits except a free workout every day. Great place to come get in peoples way, get a paycheck, and dip. That seems to be what anyone with common sense did over those years. Don’t waste your time.
Pros
Free workout every day
Cons
Bad work environment, pay, no benifits, no bathroom, under appreciated work even from the supervisors.

hostile work environment
Traffic Systems Specialist (Former Employee) - Pensacola, FL 32505 - October 1, 2019
extremely hostile work environment, little to no room for advancement, weekly paychecks vary from 7pm-11:59pm with checks being written on payday while you've been waiting for 2-5 hours for them. once you start making 20+ hours of OT each week, youre expected to do that many hours or more
Pros
more OT than you can count
Cons
no breaks, hostile management

Horrible working environment
Traffic Control Specialist (Former Employee) - Pensacola, FL - September 10, 2019
Was treated as an inmate the entire time. Was cussed out regularly and threatened to be fired almost daily. Worked 13 to 14 hours daily and only allowed 1 fifteen minute break.

Stressful underappreciated work environment
MOT Supervisor (Former Employee) - Pensacola, FL - June 26, 2017
Most of what I'd have to say would come off as bitter and spiteful.
The work is easy enough, the pay is decent, and more often than not, as many hours as you want (And a lot more you probably don't)
The Management of the company is the biggest problem. Unfocused, unstructured and chaotic. Policies change on a whim, and what is considered the right way to do something has changed in the last 24 hours and instead of a professional and courtesy discussion on implementation of that policy, it's usually delivered with all the malice and vitriol of an acid rain hurricane.
Pros
Good pay, plenty of Hours
Cons
Everything else
